Purchase

1.  Can resellers purchase from Microsoft Appsource on behalf of their clients?

No. Microsoft Appsource purchase does not support multiple domain accounts. That’s why resellers need to purchase Inforiver subscriptions from the website.

2. What is the minimum purchase value through the Inforiver website?

Minimum purchase value through the Inforiver website is USD 5,000 or equivalent.

3. Can one reseller have multiple end customer subscriptions? How will the reseller be charged?

Yes. For each end customer, the reseller can purchase a unique subscription. The reseller will be charged based on the renewal date for each subscription.

4. When does Inforiver provide the option of purchasing through a quote?

Quotes are available only for yearly subscriptions with a minimum purchase value of $5,000.

5. Are the quotes addressed to the resellers?

Yes. The quote can be downloaded from the "Get a Quote" page as soon as the request is submitted.

6. Is it possible to change the license admin?

Yes. The reseller (billing admin) can change the license admin from customer portal.

7. Do you offer any discounts for resellers?

No. Inforiver does not offer any discounts for resellers.

8. Is it possible to change the billing admin?

Yes. In situations the billing admin is permanently leaving your team or organisation, he/she can transfer the license to another user within the same domain through the customer portal.

9. How do we reach out to the Inforiver team for a demo?

You can reach out to us through the contact us form. 

10. Can resellers help customers with technical support?

Resellers may not seek technical support on behalf of that customer. If a reseller is requested by a customer to seek technical support, that must be done via the forums, not via any sales or business channel.
