   Lumel Technologies delivers products for use cases covering reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, visualization, storytelling, collaboration, and data governance.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), to be held in Plano, Texas, at 5920 Windhaven Pkwy, Plano, TX 75093.
